Yoho Mobile provides eSIM data plan services through its website and mobile applications, covering 200+ countries and regions worldwide. Our services include:
- Purchase and management of eSIM data plans
- Free eSIM trial service
- Live customer support
3. صارف کی ذمہ داریاں
When using Yoho Mobile services, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring your device supports eSIM (verify on the compatible devices page)
- Providing accurate contact information
- Complying with local laws when using data services
- Not engaging in any activity that may harm network operations
4. قیمت اور ادائیگی
- All prices displayed in USD or your selected currency
- Payments are processed by third-party providers
- Prices may adjust due to currency fluctuations
- Promotional pricing applies during published campaign periods only
5. واپسی کی پالیسی
For full refund terms, see our Refund Policy. Core rules:
- Unactivated eSIM orders are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase
- Device incompatibility verified by support is eligible for refund
- Verified technical issues (not caused by user) are handled per policy
- Activated and in-use eSIMs are not eligible for refund
- Connection issues caused by user device settings are not covered

- Data plans are intended for personal, normal use
- Abuse of data or network interference via technical means is prohibited
- Violations may result in service suspension

eSIM is a digital product and is delivered instantly after purchase:
- Email: QR code and installation instructions are sent to the email provided at checkout
- In-app: View and install directly via the Yoho Mobile app
- Delivery time: Usually within minutes after successful payment
As eSIM is a digital product, no physical shipping is involved.

- Credit/Debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Other: Local payment methods in select regions
Payment security:
- All transactions go through encrypted channels
- Yoho Mobile does not directly store your payment information
- Payments are processed by PCI DSS-compliant third-party providers
